I reserve the right to refuse a commission. If I am unable to complete your commission you will be informed as soon as possible.

Anything in the Terms of Service can be discussed with the designer and adjusted for the client’s project prior to any payment.

Payment must be made in 50% or full first before the commission starts.

I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.

After the payment, I'll start working on the draft and wait for your approval for the visual direction.

After the confirmation, I'll continue working and polishing the design.

Subsequent updates can be provided occasionally but also can be requested at any point by the client.

Up to 3 minor revisions (other revisions will cost extra)

Please try to keep the revisions for the sketch/draft phase.

Depending on my queue, delivery may take anywhere between 1 week to 1 month. If you have a deadline, please let me know in the commission form, otherwise I will work on it at my own pace.

Rush orders will require an extra fee of +25% to 50% of the total price (based on the current amount of orders and deadline provided)

Do not claim, sell, edit or redistribute my work. I retain all copyright to the work.

You're allowed to use the work for stream / video content / social media posts, but merchandise requires an additional fee (2x price)

The client must credit the designer by Twitter (@sasadotexe) or Carrd (sasadotexe.carrd.co) in the relevant places when the designs are shared or displayed publicly. It can be credited through Twitch panels, description, post or bio.

I, as the designer. retain: All rights to the designs and allows the client to use the designs for their intended purpose only and reserve the right to showcase the artwork on my portfolio and to upload it on all of my social media.

Full refund will only be given if the work has not been started. Once the commission has started, I'll only give 20%-50% refund of the total price, measured from the current progress.

No refunds after the commissions is completed.
